Why I Joined Entrepreneurs Circle – And Why It’s Been Worth It

During the summer, I was on the lookout for a new networking group in Birmingham. After several glowing recommendations, I decided to give Entrepreneurs Circle a try with their one-month trial. Fast forward three months into my now-paid membership, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my business.

Here’s why.

Entrepreneurs Circle

1. Networking: More Than Just Meetings

I initially joined Entrepreneurs Circle looking for regular networking opportunities. What I found was far more valuable.

Entrepreneurs Circle runs ‘Local Meetings’, held once a month. These are not your typical networking events; they’re structured mastermind-style sessions where you work through a workbook, share successes, and commit to working on the business, not just in it. Each session also includes a ‘Topic of the Month’, designed to get you thinking about different areas of your business.

What sets these meetings apart is the collaborative environment. You’re surrounded by business owners with varied experiences, so there’s a good chance you’ll leave the meeting with a solution to your current challenges.

Bonus: Your membership gives you access to Local Meetings across the UK at no extra cost. I often attend additional sessions – even when the content repeats – because the diverse feedback and fresh perspectives are invaluable.

2. Events: Learn, Grow, and Stay Inspired

Alongside the Local Meetings, EC members get access to an events calendar packed with opportunities, from free workshops to paid training days.

Since joining, I’ve attended two free events:

  • New Members’ Fast Start Day: A session focused on marketing strategies and perfecting your sales processes.

  • Genie AI Fast Start Day: A deep dive into EC’s flagship Marketing CRM system, Genie AI.

No matter your level of experience, the content and support delivered at these events is priceless – full of actionable tips, tricks, and insights to help you grow your business.

3. Course Content: A Practical 24-Week Plan

The EC Clarity Programme is another highlight of the membership. This 24-week course provides clear, structured tasks to help you work on your business for about three hours a week.

The programme is split into manageable sections and covers both sales and service-based businesses. Even though I’m still working my way through the course, I’ve already been inspired to tackle new ideas, thanks to feedback and encouragement from the Local Meetings.

My to-do list has never been so full!

4. Value for Money

For everything I’ve mentioned – Local Meetings, events, resources, and courses – the membership costs just £99 + VAT per month (basic plan).

When you consider the connections made, ideas gained, and actionable support, I genuinely believe the membership pays for itself.

If you’re a business owner looking for inspiration, support, and practical tools to grow your business, I can’t recommend Entrepreneurs Circle highly enough. From networking and events to structured courses, there’s something for every stage of your business journey.

It’s been an investment that’s already delivered huge value – and I’m only three months in.
